Beginnings

Steve Coakley, Emily Ross and Carmel Doolan founded Resonance Festival because they shared a love of TED talks and live music. They were also lucky enough to live near a beautiful 13th Century Cathedral, on the banks of Lough Derg on the River Shannon. Bordering counties of Clare, Tipperary and Limerick providing a wealth of inspiration for what might be.
