There are many places to stay on the banks of the majestic River Shannon. Here are some suggestions in and near our beautiful twin towns of Killaloe and Ballina.

Also, there are several AirBnB options locally and in the surrounding area. 

The villages of Tuamgraney and Scariff are approximately 17km from Killaloe and have a wide range of accommodation. There is a cycleway from Killaloe to these villages for the fitness enthusiasts.

Castleconnell is approximately 14km from Killaloe and has the Castle Oaks Hotel and other B&B options.
